• You may not use our website for any fraudulent, malicious, or unlawful purposes, or attempt to compromise server infrastructure.

2. Product Information, Sourcing & Pricing

• Pricing & Currency: All prices listed on the website and invoices are denominated in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on supplier tariffs and market availability.
• Parts Compatibility: While we provide accurate OEM numbers, part specifications, and compatibility guides (for Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Suzuki, Mitsubishi, etc.), it is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility with their specific vehicle model, chassis/VIN, and engine code before placing an order or installation.
• Sourcing Standards:
  • Green (In-House Genuine): Verified OEM or top-tier aftermarket parts provided directly from Uduwaka Motors stock with standard workshop warranty.
  • Blue (Authorized Out-Shop): Procured on-demand from certified regional distributors.
  • Yellow (Customer-Supplied): Parts brought in by the client carry zero parts warranty and zero liability for consequential mechanical failure.

3. Orders, Payments & Checkout

• Order Acceptance: Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Uduwaka Motors reserves the right to accept, adjust, or cancel orders due to stock depletion, pricing typographical errors, or suspected unauthorized payment.
• Payment Methods: We accept:
  • Online Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard via certified PayHere payment gateway).
  • Direct Bank Deposit / LankaQR with receipt slip verification.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for supported postal delivery zones.
• Payment Processing: Online card transactions are encrypted with 3D Secure / OTP authorization. Uduwaka Motors does NOT store or record your full debit/credit card numbers or CVV codes.

4. Shipping, Courier Logistics & Delivery

• Delivery Timelines: Standard courier shipments across Sri Lanka (via Domex, PromptX, Pronto, Courier.lk, or Certis Lanka) typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days depending on regional delivery routes.
• Tracking & Waybill: A tracking number and courier confirmation will be issued via email and WhatsApp upon package dispatch.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms: For COD orders, customers agree to pay the total invoice and applicable courier handling fees upon parcel handover.
• Delivery Risk: If a package is rejected or unattended after multiple delivery attempts, re-delivery costs will be billed to the customer.

5. Garage Workshop Service & Vehicle Repairs

• Digital Estimates & Authorization: Work commences upon digital signature or customer approval of repair quotes. Additional repairs discovered during mechanical teardown will be submitted for customer approval prior to execution.
• Vehicle Release: Repaired vehicles will be released upon full settlement of invoice charges via cash, card, or confirmed bank transfer.
• Storage Fees: Completed vehicles left on workshop premises beyond 7 days without prior arrangement may incur a reasonable daily vehicle storage charge.

6. Returns & Refund Policy

All returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are governed strictly by our dedicated Refund & Return Policy. Customers have 7 days from delivery to return eligible unused spare parts in original packaging.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on uduwakamotors.lk, including logos, visual brand identities, graphics, text, icons, software algorithms, and system interfaces, are the exclusive property of Uduwaka Motors and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

• To the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, Uduwaka Motors and its engineers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from improper third-party parts installation, racing modifications, or vehicle misuse.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchased product or service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that specific part or repair transaction.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sri Lanka.
